The Product

CTSuite brought telephony, email, chat, SMS, presence, reporting, customer information, and operational controls into connected workspaces for agents, supervisors, and administrators.

The platform reduced the need to move between disconnected tools during live customer interactions. Agent-facing communication products worked alongside administration experiences for managing users, sites, templates, channels, dashboards, and system settings.

The Challenge

Contact-center teams manage live conversations, queues, customer context, performance goals, and multiple channels at the same time. Bringing those tools together risked replacing several disconnected products with one overloaded interface.

The experience needed to support agents, supervisors, and administrators with different responsibilities while keeping controls recognizable, states visible, and complex system behavior manageable.

The Process

I contributed across customer research, requirements, user flows, interface design, engineering collaboration, QA, documentation, branding, marketing, and presentations—shaping tools used by thousands of contact-center agents nationwide.

On-site research with customers and agents grounded design decisions in the realities of queue activity, performance goals, changing call states, and multiple simultaneous channels. I helped move products from early concepts through development and launch, then used QA findings and documentation work to continue improving them.

Conclusion

CTSuite developed into a broad omnichannel platform used by thousands of agents nationwide, connecting communication tools with the administration experiences needed to operate them.

The project established the way I approach enterprise design today: understand the wider system, learn directly from users, collaborate through implementation, and treat QA and documentation as part of the product experience.
