The Product

CTSuite Secure Email gave healthcare customers a familiar mailbox for composing, organizing, and tracking sensitive messages while keeping every conversation inside a secure, compliant workflow.

Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Saved, and Trash provided a recognizable structure for sensitive communication. Search, sorting, attachments, flags, read states, and message organization supported everyday mailbox tasks, while sent-message statuses showed whether a request was received, in progress, or completed.

The Challenge

Healthcare customers needed a familiar way to communicate without moving sensitive information outside the organization’s secure workflow.

The experience had to balance mailbox conventions with routing, privacy, status tracking, attachments, and rules that differed from ordinary consumer email.

The Process

I shaped the product from requirements and user flows through interface design, engineering collaboration, QA, documentation, launch, and post-release improvements.

I also translated the application into a practical user guide organized around each mailbox area. Annotated screenshots and numbered instructions connected controls to real tasks, supporting onboarding, training, self-service help, and a clearer shared language across design, engineering, QA, and customers.

Conclusion

The shipped application gave healthcare customers a recognizable mailbox while keeping communication inside a secure, trackable system.

The documentation completed the experience by turning detailed functionality into practical guidance that supported onboarding and everyday use.
